Documents for registration of the importer.
EORI registration – copy of the EORI registration document.
Transport documents by type of transport.
Commercial documents:
- Commercial invoice in original.
- Packing list.
- Certificates of origin, quality, etc. (if required).
- Copies of invoices for transport, insurance and other costs to the EU entry border in case EXW or FOB delivery terms.
- Document of origin in case preferences are applied.
- Import permits – the necessary permits, if required by the state authorities and according to the goods’ specifics.
- Payment documents for the due state takings.
