Aris Cargo Ltd is a Bulgarian logistics company created on 27.03.2001 as a company with limited liability and it is a part of Extrans Holding presently. We’re known as a company that elaborates and provides to its customers and partners reliable and efficient transport and logistics solutions.

From 01.06.2001 to 19.11.2004, we were the official agent of Emery Worldwide and Menlo Worldwide Forwarding.

Subsequently, from 25.11.2004 until 2007, we served as the exclusive agent of EGL Eagle Global Logistics.

Following the 2007 merger between EGL and CEVA Logistics, we continued as CEVA’s exclusive agent until 2023. After the merger of CEVA Logistics and GEFCO, and with GEFCO establishing an office in Bulgaria, our partnership with CEVA concluded on 15 August 2023.

Aris Cargo Ltd is an accredited IATA cargo agent – code 09-4 7096.

Aris Cargo has a Forwarder’s responsibility insurance.

The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (established in 1895) is an independent, non-governmental organization for assistance, promotion, representation and protection of the business interests of its members, which contributes to the development of international economic cooperation and provides assistance for the European and international integration of the Republic of Bulgaria.
